How often

Single depth cleaning or fixed rhythm

A depth cleaning takes away at once what has been built up in months or years. The question that comes next is what to do with it. There are three forms, and which suit you depends on the property and what is already running.

Single

In case of a move, a delivery or after a renovation is enough. You pay per assignment, there is no contract and no notice. This is the form most private applications are about.

Once a year

If you already have a cleaner or an ongoing contract, an annual deep cleaning is the cheapest way to keep the level. The regular turn keeps track of what is added daily, but does not reverse the build-up of lime and fat. A thorough cleaning puts that counter back, after which the usual turn is enough.

Periodically, in a program

We often agree a steady rhythm, such as quarterly sanitary facilities, floors twice a year and heights every year. This is included in the same work programme as the daily cleaning so that you have a point of contact.

What's outside?

Depth cleaning is about what to clean with water, resources and machines. Specialist cleaning such as facade cleaning, graffiti removal and repair after fire or water damage is other work, with other equipment and other certification. If you ask, we will let you know if it falls within our field before a quotation comes.

About the terms: deep cleaning, deep cleaning, thorough cleaning and depth cleaning mean the same in practice. We maintain depth cleaning because customers in Maastricht are asking for it.
